  • I won’t pressure my child in any way; I know that this is their sport, not mine.

  • I will applaud good plays/performances by both my child’s team and their opponents and be a positive role model.

For Coaches:

  • Abide by the content and intent of the SEASAC Constitution, Handbook, Playing Regulations, and Appendices.  Accept and support the rules governing the sport and those responsible for administering the rules.
  • Prepare participants with regard to the behavior expected of them at a SEASAC event.
  • Cooperate with fellow coaches, tournament directors, and officials in the performance of their duties.
  • Exemplify ethical behaviors, including honesty, integrity, fair play, and sportsmanship.
  • Be generous in winning and graceful in losing.

  • Keep his/her coaching function in proper personal and professional perspective.
